Top Sellers & Reorder is a Shopify admin app. Install it from the Shopify App Store, then open it from Apps in Shopify admin. You can use it from any computer after you log into that shop.

Set up after install
- Approve the App permissions (orders, products, inventory, locations).
- Choose a plan (Starter = Top 50, Pro = Top 500 plus SumTracker incoming).
- Pick the fulfillment location you buy stock for. On Pro, optionally set a sales location if you sell from a different outlet.
- Set sales days (how far back to analyse fulfilled sales) and target days of cover, then Refresh.
What the numbers mean
- Units sold — fulfilled line-item units from the sales location (or the fulfillment location if they are the same) in the sales window.
- In stock — available inventory at that location.
- Incoming stock — Shopify incoming, or SumTracker incoming on Pro (all purchase orders including drafts) if you connect an API key.
- Days of cover — how long current stock lasts at the recent sales rate.
- Suggested reorder qty — extra units to reach your target cover, after incoming.
Plans
Change plan any time from the Plan card in the App (Shopify’s hosted pricing page). You do not reinstall. Billing is through Shopify, not a separate card form.
Optional: SumTracker
On Pro, paste a SumTracker API key in the SumTracker card, pick the matching warehouse, and set Incoming stock source to SumTracker. Incoming includes draft and confirmed purchase orders. It stays in this App; we do not write it back to Shopify.
Uninstall
Shopify admin → Settings → Apps → Top Sellers & Reorder → Uninstall. We delete that shop’s token and settings when Shopify sends the uninstall webhook.
